Ensure the reception area is organized and prepared in a perfect manner, Attending Phone Calls, Greet the guest in a professional manner, Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them, Maintain proper communication with every department, Circulate information/instruction correctly and properly as and when required, Answer questions and address complaints, Build a professional relationship with all the employees of the organization, Take up other duties as assigned, Control the Administration part to maintain the office, Data entry on MS excels & composes on MS office (Bangla & English)
