Customer Relationship Manager

**✅ Responsibilities:** * Call customers to confirm online orders * Reply to customers via Facebook, Messenger, and WhatsApp * Enter orders into order management software * Post on the Facebook page daily * Explain products, offers, return/exchange policy * Maintain records in Google Sheets or CRM software * Follow up on returns/exchanges **🎯 Requirements:** * Good communication and convincing skills * Basic internet and tech skills * Experience in customer service (1+ year preferred, freshers can apply) * Knowledge of Google Sheets * Must be soft-spoken, polite, and organized * No academic degree required
