Job Details
Ensure the reception area is organized and prepared in a perfect manner; Attending Phone Calls; Greet the guest in a professional manner; Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them; Maintain proper communication with every department; Circulate information/instruction correctly and properly as and when required; Answer questions and address complaints; Build a professional relationship with all the employees of the organization; Take up other duties as assigned; Control the Administration part to maintain the office; Data entry on MS excels & composes on MS office (Bangla & English).
