Job Title: Sales Engineer Department: Sales & Technical Marketing Location: Dhaka Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and customer needs. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling our technical products or services, providing detailed technical knowledge to clients, and building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers and generate new leads through market research, cold calls, networking, and client visits. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions. Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients. Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and product development teams for customized offerings. Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales agreements tailored to customer needs. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and after-sales support. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field). 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or engineering sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong technical background with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong customer focus. Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and technical documentation. Willingness to travel as per job requirements.
