Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. This is an entry-level position designed to train and prepare future leaders of the company. The selected candidate will undergo training in various departments and gain hands-on experience in day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist department heads in daily operations and projects
Learn and adapt to company policies and procedures
Conduct research and analyze data to support decision-making
Attend meetings and prepare reports as required
Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions
Take initiative and demonstrate leadership potential
Participate in training sessions and performance evaluations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
