Regular project visits to architect firms and developer companies to create a potential customer base and hold meetings with potential clients. Prepare price quotations and communicate with clients regarding pricing through mail/phone. Participate in developing marketing plans and strategies with HOD to foster sales growth. Validate the contents of orders received from customers, including negotiation, process outline, terms and conditions, quality, and safety. Create and maintain strong and sustainable stakeholder relationships in all possible ways. Propose, design, and implement a strategic business development plan. Prepare dynamic sales reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Develop and grow the brand’s position in the market area. Ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints.
