Job Vacancy: Real Estate Sales Executive Company: Property Mart Location: Dhaka Address: House 7/B, Bashundhara Main Road (2nd Floor), Sub: Aynuddin Munshi Road, Bashundhara Baridhara, Dhaka Key Responsibilities: Sell plots, apartments, land, land shares, buildings, and commercial spaces. Understand legal, financial, and regulatory aspects of property sales. Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and channel partners. Manage prospect generation, negotiation, booking collection, and letter allotment. Create and follow up on prospects to achieve sales targets. Handle direct sales, corporate sales, NRB sales, and team planning. Manage post-sales formalities including application form checks, payment schedule preparation, deed of agreement preparation, and signing. Innovate and adapt sales strategies to stay competitive in the market. Requirements: Age: 20 to 25 years Skills & Expertise: Experience in selling land, land shares, plots, apartments, and commercial spaces. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
