Marketing Assistants

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support the execution of various marketing initiatives and campaigns aimed at promoting our brand, products, and services. The individual will assist with sampling execution, solving outlet issues (e.g., print changing, branding changing, furniture making,), event coordination, and administrative tasks. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in ensuring that marketing efforts are organized, on schedule, and aligned with overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Sampling Activation: Carry sampling set up at designated locations, ensuring that all necessary materials (sampling product, setup table, brochures, etc.) are brought. Outlet Branding Change: Solve outlet issues (e.g., print changing, lighting issue, fixing broken shelf and furniture), making sample furniture for outlets and. Technical Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the materials (e.g., Wooden, steel, boards and etc) and electrical knowledge the individual will be working with. Ensure Cleanliness: Ensure cleanliness of the sampling area while carrying out sampling activities and marketing warehouse at daily basis.
