Lead the identification and analysis of declining product categories; design and implement data-driven promotional strategies; collaborate with Process Innovation & Data Science and Research Teams tracking consumer behavior; work with category managers ensuring product availability; manage A/B testing for promotional tactics; build strategic brand and vendor partnerships; evaluate post-campaign results and refine strategies; partner with Creative Team for marketing materials; conduct focus group sessions; support development and launch of new products.
