Communicate with students by phone or in person to share accurate information, Help students fill out admission forms and check their documents, Host Facebook Live sessions and shoot video content related to courses for use on online platforms, Build good relationships with students through clear and friendly communication, Answer student questions and resolve any complaints both online and offline, Keep student records and documents organized and up to date, Reply to student messages and questions received through online platforms, Handle incoming and outgoing mail and documents properly, Speak fluently in English when talking to foreign guests or partners, Follow company rules and communication guidelines, Stay calm and professional, even when working under pressure
