Manage HR (recruitment, training, employee development) and Marketing (campaigns, branding, digital marketing) projects; Define project scope, Key Responsibilities: 📍 Human Resources Management: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives Monitor performance appraisal systems and provide improvement strategies Design and execute training and development programs Ensure legal compliance and policy development across HR operations 📍 Marketing Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and branding strategies Supervise digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media, and email campaigns Collaborate with design and content teams to create impactful promotional materials Analyze marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights 📍 Project Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate cross-departmental teams for timely project delivery Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and report status to senior leadership Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Maintain clear communication between HR, Marketing, and other stakeholders ✅ Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, HRM, Marketing, or related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role Proven experience managing HR and marketing functions/projects Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project Management Tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), HR & Marketing software
