Job Details
Responsible for creating a relationship perspective with potential Clients,Finding potential clients or collect their data,Visit the target places and ensure Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and explore new business opportunities
Make outbound calls, emails, and attend client meetings to generate leads
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction
Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM tools regularly
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends
✅ Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bengali
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Smart, energetic, and presentable personality
Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required
