Handle incoming and outgoing calls to parents and students; Provide accurate information about TLSA programs and enrollment procedures; Maintain call logs and update lead database regularly; Follow up on interested leads and assist in conversion; Support the team during campaigns and events; Manage the social media of the Academy; Sign up for partnerships with different educational institutions; Support teaching activities, including classroom assistance and student tutoring
