Job Details
Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting; Maintain employee attendance, leave, and HR documentation as per policies; Support employee processes, including confirmation, promotion, and disciplinary actions; Handle employee insurance claims (IPD, OPD, Life); Manage HR software (preferably Darwinbox) and implement various modules; Update and maintain employee data accurately; Facilitate onboarding, including induction, orientation, and file management; Assist in managing KRAs/KPIs and updating organizational policies; Generate HR reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making; Coordinate employee engagement activities and support organizational culture development; Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
