Job Context:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic travel agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling travel services, including air tickets, holiday packages, visa assistance, and travel insurance. This role is key to building strong client relationships and achieving monthly sales targets in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify prospective customers and generate leads through calls, visits, and online platforms.
Promote and sell air tickets (domestic and international), travel packages, hotel bookings, and visa services.
Understand client travel needs and suggest suitable travel solutions.
Maintain a strong knowledge of airline routes, fares, promotions, and regulations.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations accurately.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.
Keep records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions using internal software or CRM.
Stay updated with travel trends, regulations, and market competitors.
