We are hiring! Job Title: Recruitment Specialist Company: Chillox Group of Brands Job Responsibilities: ● Assist the human resources department with new employee hiring, including documentation & onboarding and collaborate to address and resolve all employee concerns. ● Focus on outlet level recruitment and sourcing, covering outside Dhaka and specific localities in root level and develop Remote area recruitment networks ● Prepare and circulate vacancy announcements, develop assessment tools, evaluate applications, arrange, and participate in taking interviews and make recommendations to the management, prepare job offers for successful candidates. ● Interview candidates to assess and cross check for qualification matches as per requirements. ● Map role criteria, define position description and document specification. ● Identify prospective employees for staffing solutions and create databases. ● Conduct outlet training sessions every 2 months to ensure consistent service quality and employee retention.
