XENNO Footwear, a growing e-commerce footwear brand known for stylish and affordable imported shoes, is hiring for the position of Executive (Customer Support & Logistics) at its Uttara, Dhaka office. This full-time on-site role requires strong communication skills in both Bangla and English, a basic understanding of e-commerce order and courier processes, proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, and the ability to multitask under pressure. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily customer orders, coordinating with courier partners, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining proper documentation and delivery records. Applicants from Uttara and nearby areas are preferred, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The position offers a salary of 15,000 BDT (negotiable), along with facilities like festival bonuses, salary reviews, KPI-based rewards, and various types of paid leave. Office hours are 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM for males and 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM for females, with one weekly day off (Sunday or Wednesday).
