Key Responsibilities:
🔹 International Tele-Sales:
Make outbound calls to international clients and prospects to sell company products or services
Generate leads and follow up through phone, email, and messaging platforms
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
Handle objections and close deals professionally and confidently
Maintain proper records of calls, sales, and client interactions in CRM
🔹 Affiliate Marketing:
Identify, recruit, and onboard potential affiliates and marketing partners
Manage and support existing affiliates, providing them with marketing materials and performance updates
Track and analyze affiliate performance and optimize partnerships to increase ROI
Monitor affiliate fraud, compliance, and program integrity
Coordinate affiliate marketing campaigns aligned with broader company goals
Educational & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
1–3 years of experience in international tele-sales and/or affiliate marketing
Fluency in English is a must (verbal and written)
Prior experience in BPO, digital marketing, or SaaS sales is a plus
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven
Familiarity with CRM tools and affiliate tracking software (e.g., Post Affiliate Pro, Refersion)
Knowledge of international market dynamics and customer behavior
