🔧 Key Responsibilities: 🛠 Operations: Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with company standards Maintain reports, records, and documentation related to operations Assist in process improvements and identify areas for efficiency 🤝 Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders Handle client onboarding and support retention initiatives ✅ Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply) Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Professional, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
