Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial and operational data in reports. Identify and investigate discrepancies or variances in financial statements and reports. Develop MIS dashboards for decision-making. Collaborate with departments to collect financial data. Prepare and ensure compliance with local statutory reporting requirements. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits. Assist in preparation and filing of statutory reports in compliance with standards. Stay updated on changes in tax and accounting regulations. Maintain detailed records and accurate accounting entries. Develop and implement internal control framework to ensure compliance. Conduct regular audits and recommend improvements. Monitor adherence to policies, processes, and standards.
