Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and optimize all operational activities across departments Develop and implement efficient processes, workflows, and policies Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics Manage budgeting, resource planning, and cost optimization Collaborate with department heads to align operations with business goals Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards Identify areas for improvement and drive process innovations Manage and mentor mid-level managers and team leaders Handle escalations, critical issues, and risk mitigation plans Report to executive leadership on performance, forecasts, and improvements ✅ Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and productivity Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Experience with ERP systems, data analytics, and project management tools is a plus
