Job Responsibilities: - Support the company’s U.S. operations - Connect with U.S. property owners, property managers, vendors, contractors, and potential clients to generate leads - Make outbound calls to U.S. clients and prospects - Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients and industry contacts - Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-up calls - Follow up on leads and business opportunities regularly - Identify client needs and communicate relevant services or solutions - Maintain accurate lead information, call records, and follow-up updates - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and lead handover - Perform other tasks as assigned by the management Requirements: - 1–3 years of experience working with U.S. Real Estate, Property Management, or Home Improvement clients - Strong experience in cold calling, outbound sales, lead generation, and appointment setting - Experience with roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, remodeling, restoration, painting, flooring, landscaping, or general contracting is highly preferred - Excellent English communication skills - Strong client communication and follow-up skills - Comfortable making frequent outbound calls to U.S. clients - Must be confident, professional, persuasive, and target-oriented - Ability to work independently and maintain daily productivity - Good computer knowledge and CRM/data entry skills will be an added advantage Educational Qualification: - Bachelor’s / Honors degree from any reputed institution preferred - Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates Benefits: - Provident Fund with company and employee contribution - 10% annual salary increment based on performance - Direct exposure to the U.S. Real Estate and Home Improvement Industry - Career growth and professional development opportunities - Opportunity to work with U.S. clients and industry professionals - Professional and growth-focused working environment
