Job Responsibilities 1. Communicate with customers regarding due payments through calls and follow-ups 2. Maintain professional communication and customer relationship 3. Achieve monthly collection targets and KPI requirements 4. Update customer payment status and maintain proper records 5. Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer issues and payment confirmation 6.
