Company Type • Government-approved ship crew recruiting agency • MLA-127 • Works with foreign shipping companies and provides crewing support for ocean-going vessels Position • Crew Coordinator (Male) Employment Status • Full-Time Job Location • K Block, South Banasree Job Responsibilities • Coordinate crew changes, embarkations, and disembarkations for assigned vessels • Maintain accurate crew records and update crewing databases regularly • Verify crew certifications, licenses, medical reports, visas, and travel documents • Arrange sign-on and sign-off procedures for crew members • Communicate with crew members, shipping companies, and related parties professionally • Prepare and manage necessary crew-related documentation • Assist in travel and joining arrangements when required • Visit Chittagong approximately twice a month for sign-on/sign-off procedures • Follow company procedures and maintain proper office communication Educational Qualification • Minimum HSC completed Experience Requirements • Freshers are encouraged to apply • Previous experience in shipping, crewing, documentation, or recruitment-related work will be an advantage Key Requirements • Good communication skills in English • Must know basic email etiquette • Basic computer knowledge is required • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, etc. • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented • Ability to handle documentation properly • Willingness to visit Chittagong when required Working Hours • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Including lunch and prayer break Weekend • 1 day weekly • Saturday Probation Period • Probation period mentioned as 2 months in salary section • Training will be provided during probation period • Note: One section mentions 3 months probation, so candidates are advised to confirm the exact duration with the company Salary During Probation Period • BDT 17,000 After Probation Period • BDT 20,000
