Job Responsibilities: • Manage CRM & client database • Regular client follow-up • Handle calls, WhatsApp & client inquiries • Coordinate with Sales & Design Teams • Update lead status & prepare reports Requirements: • Minimum HSC / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree • BBA/Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field preferred • 1-2 years’ experience preferred • Good communication & computer skills • MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge • CRM software knowledge will be an advantage • Responsible, organized & target-oriented
