Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the company's CRM system and customer database.
• Track and manage leads from websites, social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, referrals, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate records of corporate clients, project inquiries, contractors, architects, consultants, dealers, and other business prospects.
• Monitor the complete sales pipeline from inquiry to quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, and after-sales follow-up.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotations, proposals, and ongoing project opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to assign and monitor leads effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of customer communications, requirements, quotations, and project history.
• Track pending leads, active opportunities, quotations, and potential conversions, and prepare regular CRM reports.
• Analyze customer and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Management teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients.
• Identify inactive or lost opportunities and support re-engagement strategies.
• Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and proper organization of customer and sales data.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Professional training or certification in CRM, Sales, Business Development, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience in CRM Management, Sales Operations, Customer Relationship Management, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software, lead management, sales pipeline tracking, and customer follow-up.
• Experience in B2B sales or project-based industries is preferred.
• Experience in the Lighting, Electrical, Energy, Industrial, Construction, or related sectors will be an added advantage.
