Job Responsibilities: • Respond to customer queries through phone calls, Facebook page, and WhatsApp • Provide detailed information about products, pricing, offers, and delivery • Receive and confirm customer orders • Update customers regarding order status Requirements: • Minimum HSC or equivalent pass • Fluent in Bangla (English proficiency will be given preference) • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use smartphones • Experience will be an advantage (fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply)
