🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to enhance retention and loyalty Manage and maintain CRM databases; ensure data accuracy and segmentation Respond to customer inquiries and feedback across channels in a timely and professional manner Analyze customer behavior and provide actionable insights for marketing and sales teams Coordinate and execute targeted communication campaigns (email, SMS, notifications) Support customer onboarding and post-purchase experience Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified and positive customer journey ✅ Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 1–2 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or customer experience roles Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Knowledge of digital marketing or customer journey mapping is a plus
