Job Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries related to financial bills over the phone • Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving issues • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and maintain service quality • Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system • Maintain professional communication with customers at all times • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service targets • Perform overtime duties when required by the company Experience: • Freshers are encouraged to apply • Previous experience in customer service or a call center will be an advantage Qualifications & Requirements: • Minimum HSC or Graduate • Currently enrolled students are not eligible to apply • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Fluent in both Bengali and English (spoken and written) • Good communication and customer handling skills • Must be willing to work overtime when required Salary & Benefits: • Basic Salary: BDT 15,000 • Full Attendance Bonus: BDT 2,000 • Performance Bonus: Up to BDT 15,000 • One weekly holiday (employees may choose their preferred day; Friday off is not guaranteed)
