Job Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, Phone Call & Email. • Handle Social Media Pages and Business Communication professionally. • Communicate with potential customers and understand their business requirements. • Qualify leads and schedule ERP demonstrations for the Sales Team. • Follow up with prospects and existing customers. • Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly. • Coordinate with Sales, Support and Implementation Teams. • Ensure excellent customer experience and timely communication. • Prepare Daily Communication & Lead Reports.
