Job Responsibilities * Handle customer messages on Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms. * Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls. * Provide product information and assist in-store customers. * Manage courier entries and delivery-related information. * Perform daily office tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel. * Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth daily operations. ### Job Requirements * Minimum **HSC Pass**. * Age 20-35 year * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.( Must ) * Good typing speed and accuracy in both Bangla and English. * Strong computer and office application skills. * Good communication and customer-handling skills. * Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented. * Previous customer service or e-commerce experience is preferred. Salary & Job Details **Monthly Salary: Negotiable **Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM** **Weekly Holiday: 1 day**
