Position • Cutting Manager Number of Vacancies • 01 Job Location • Ashulia, Katgora, Savar, Dhaka Employment Type • Full-Time Educational Qualification • Graduate from any recognized institution Experience • 7–10 years of relevant experience in the garments industry • Experience in woven garments cutting section will be preferred Key Responsibilities • Manage overall cutting section operations • Ensure cutting production targets are achieved on time • Monitor fabric utilization and minimize wastage • Coordinate with production, planning, IE, and quality teams • Ensure proper marker, lay, cutting, numbering, and bundling process • Maintain quality standards in the cutting section • Supervise cutting team and ensure discipline and efficiency • Follow company policies and management instructions Salary • Negotiable Other Benefits • As per company policy
