Job Responsibilities: • Create engaging short-form videos for Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, TikTok & YouTube Shorts • Create skincare promotional videos, product demos, skincare routines, and before & after content • Develop trendy, relatable, and creative video concepts • Participate in vlogging, hosting, and on-camera brand content • Create content around products, campaigns, launches, and beauty trends • Stay updated with trending sounds, formats, and social media trends • Connect with Gen Z, skincare enthusiasts, and beauty audiences • Collaborate with the creative and marketing team for photoshoots and video productions Requirements: • Confident and expressive on-camera presence • Genuine interest in skincare, beauty, and cosmetics • Creative mindset with fresh and engaging content ideas • Comfortable with vlogging and hosting • Basic video shooting and editing skills • Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar tool Benefits: • Salary: BDT 15,000 – 25,000 (based on experience & skills) • Hands-on experience with a growing skincare brand • Opportunity for professional growth
