Job Responsibilities: • Plan, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads campaigns. • Develop and manage audience targeting, retargeting strategies, and marketing funnels. • Execute brand positioning and brand awareness strategies. • Increase brand presence through structured social media content planning. • Conduct basic SEO research and keyword analysis. • Set up Meta Pixel, conversion events, and Google tracking systems. • Monitor, analyze, and prepare detailed marketing performance reports. • Coordinate with the design and content teams for campaign execution. Requirements: • 1–2 years of relevant professional experience. • Experience in IT Enabled Services, Group of Companies, Advertising Agencies, B2B Software & Services Startups, or Direct Selling/Marketing Service Companies will be preferred. • Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads. • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and audience targeting strategies. • Basic knowledge of SEO principles. • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools. • Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities. • Data-driven decision-making skills. • Experience in service-based marketing (Agency, LLC Formation, Tax, SaaS, etc.) will be an advantage. • Expertise in content strategy and brand storytelling. • Experience in email marketing and marketing automation. • Experience in LinkedIn or YouTube marketing will be preferred.
