Job Responsibilities: * Monitor the e-GP portal for relevant government tenders. * Identify suitable works, construction, and consultancy tenders. * Review tender notices, eligibility criteria, BOQ, specifications, and submission requirements. * Prepare and organize all required technical and financial documents. * Prepare and submit e-Tender/Bid documents through the e-GP system. * Coordinate with technical, accounts, legal, and management teams for tender preparation. * Ensure Tender Security, Bank Guarantee, VAT, Tax, and other required documents are properly arranged. * Maintain tender database, submission deadlines, and bid-status records. * Handle tender-related correspondence and clarification requirements. * Monitor submitted tenders and assist in NOA/contract-related procedures. * Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with PPR/e-GP requirements. Requirements: * 2–5 years of practical experience in e-GP/tender management, preferably in a construction or engineering company. * Hands-on experience in e-GP tender submission and bid documentation. * Experience dealing with government departments, PWD, LGED, RHD, DPHE, BWDB, WASA, City Corporations, or similar organizations will be preferred. * Candidates with a proven record of successfully preparing and submitting government tenders will receive preference.
