Job Summary: MAAS ERECTORS LTD is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing electrical designs for industrial power distribution systems, designing Busbar Trunking (BBT) systems, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from design to commissioning. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare electrical designs for industrial power distribution systems. • Design and size Busbar Trunking (BBT) systems based on project requirements. • Develop single line diagrams (SLD), load schedules, and cable schedules; perform electrical load and voltage drop calculations. • Assist in the design and review of industrial substations (LV/MV). • Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, specifications, and engineering documentation. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams. • Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning. • Participate in site visits, inspections, troubleshooting, and technical meetings. • Ensure designs comply with relevant international and local standards (BNBC, Fire/Electrical Safety). • Maintain project documentation and engineering records. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from a recognized university. • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in industrial electrical engineering. Experience in BBT systems is highly preferred. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), MS Office, Single Line Diagram (SLD) preparation, and electrical load calculation. • Expertise: Sound understanding of Industrial Substation Design, LV/MV Power Distribution, Control Panels, and CCTV systems. • Traits: Ability to work collaboratively, strong communication skills (Bengali & English), and a solid understanding of Building Codes and safety regulations.
