Job Responsibilities: • Manage daily campus operations and maintain overall discipline. • Ensure academic quality and coordinate class schedules. • Monitor admission campaigns and sales leads. • Communicate and coordinate effectively with parents. • Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. • Support administrative and operational activities as assigned by the management. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, English, Education, or a related discipline. • 1-2 years of experience in EdTech, coaching centers, customer service, or operations will be preferred. • Fresh graduates with excellent leadership potential, communication skills, and a strong learning mindset are encouraged to apply. • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. • Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English. • Ability to work efficiently in a structured corporate environment. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
