β’ Generate quality sales leads through calls, referrals, networking, walk-ins, and available databases.
β’ Ensure systematic and timely follow-up of all leads to convert inquiries into bookings.
β’ Arrange, coordinate, and attend client and project/site visits.
β’ Present project details clearly, including location advantages, pricing, payment schedules, and company policies.
β’ Conduct negotiations with clients and close sales in line with approved company terms.
β’ Handle booking processes and related documentation until confirmation.
β’ Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, follow-ups, and bookings, and submit regular reports.
β’ Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining professional conduct and ethical sales practices.
β’ For Assistant Manager: Lead, supervise, and monitor the sales teamβs daily activities, calling discipline, follow-ups, and performance; handle key clients and guide team members toward closing.
