Key Responsibilities • Communicate with international clients through email and online platforms • Build and maintain good relationships with overseas customers • Source chemical and pharmaceutical products from international suppliers • Identify new international clients, suppliers, products, and business opportunities • Handle inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and professional email correspondence • Conduct international market research and support business development activities • Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth international business operations Requirements • Excellent English communication skills • Strong professional email writing skills • Good client communication, negotiation, sourcing, and follow-up skills • Good knowledge of MS Office, Google, and online research • Experience in international business, product sourcing, chemical/pharmaceutical industry, or export-import will be preferred • Must be smart, confident, proactive, and target-oriented • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
