Job Responsibilities: • Regularly follow up with potential and existing customers to maintain positive client relationships and generate sales opportunities.\ • Achieve individual sales targets set by the company.\ • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales performance reports.\ • Maintain and regularly update the client database, including potential buyers, sales pipelines, and customer interactions.\ • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve and support the sales process.\ • Assist in planning and organizing sales events and promotional activities.\ • Conduct frequent field visits to meet customers, build relationships, and drive sales.\ • Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager. Additional Requirements: • Must be willing to conduct frequent field visits. • Having a motorbike and a valid driving license will be considered a major advantage. Education • Diploma in Civil • Master of Professional Marketing (MPM) • Master of Commerce (MCom) • Diploma in Engineering
