Job Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities in accordance with company policies and applicable labor laws. • Maintain employee personal files, attendance records, leave records, and other HR documentation. • Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, employee transfers, promotions, and separation procedures. • Prepare HR-related documents and ensure compliance, audits, CAP follow-up, training, reporting, and employee relations. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Law, or a relevant discipline. • Relevant experience in HR and Compliance in the textile or garments. • Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Act and Labour Rules. • Practical experience in social compliance audits and CAP follow-up. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel. • Good communication, documentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
