🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and prioritize daily tasks
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
Maintain and organize confidential files and documents
Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the executive
Assist in project management and tracking deadlines
Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting and invoice processing
Ensure the executive is well-prepared for all meetings and engagements
