Requirements: - Minimum 10 years' experience in authentic Chinese cuisine. - Expertise in Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Beijing, Dim Sum, BBQ and Wok cooking. - Strong knowledge of menu development, kitchen operations, food costing and HACCP. - Good command of English.
