Requirements: Educational Qualification: Textile Engineering / Diploma in Textile Freshers are encouraged to apply Basic knowledge of garments/textile production process will be preferred Good analytical and problem-solving skills Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel, will be an advantage Must be sincere, hardworking, punctual, and eager to learn Ability to work with production, quality, and planning teams Job Responsibilities: Conduct time study, method study, and capacity analysis Assist in line balancing and manpower planning Monitor production efficiency and identify improvement opportunities Prepare operation breakdown, SMV, target, and productivity reports Support production team to improve workflow and reduce bottlenecks Analyze production data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly IE reports Coordinate with production, quality, and planning departments Follow company policies and support continuous improvement activities Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) Earned Leave with full encashment Other benefits as per company policy Friendly and professional working environment
