Job Responsibilities: • Conduct internal audits across different departments and business operations. • Ensure compliance with internal audit policies, procedures, and company regulations. • Review financial, operational, and administrative activities to identify risks and control weaknesses. • Prepare audit reports and provide recommendations for process improvement. • Monitor the implementation of audit findings and corrective actions. • Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all audit activities. Requirements: • Master's degree in Accounting or MBA. • CA-CC qualified or partly qualified candidates will be given preference. • 4–6 years of relevant experience in the Garments or Textile industry. • Strong practical knowledge of internal audit procedures. • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. • Honest, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
