Job Responsibilities: Manage financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting. Oversee daily accounting operations, financial statements, and expense control. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and insurance regulations. Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and recommend improvements. Supervise the Finance & Accounts team and coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. CA, CMA, or ACCA qualifications are advantageous. Experience: Relevant experience in financial management and accounting; insurance-sector experience is preferred. Required Skills: Financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, regulatory compliance, leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
