Responsible for ensuring factory compliance with fire and safety regulations and Nirapon standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments, organize fire drills and emergency evacuations, monitor fire protection systems and safety equipment, prepare safety reports and documentation, train employees on fire prevention and workplace safety, and coordinate with management and relevant authorities. Requires relevant qualification (minimum HSC/Diploma/Bachelor's preferred) and strong communication/reporting skills with ability to work independently.
