Job Responsibilities: • Direct the preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance of heavy footwear equipment, including cutting presses, upper sewing machines, lasting lines, and sole injection molding machines. • Calibrate pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated electronic components to guarantee uninterrupted production and minimal downtime. • Analyze floor mechanical faults to improve Standard Minute Value (SMV), enhance machine efficiency, and reduce raw material waste. • Enforce strict factory safety measures, verify machine safeguarding mechanisms, and lead hazardous energy control (lockout/tag out) routines. • Maintain accurate records of machine breakdowns, spare parts inventory usage, and routine servicing cycles. Requirements: • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institute. • Minimum 12 years of experience in maintenance department. • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email correspondence.
