Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with international clients via email, phone, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
Provide real-time assistance to clients regarding services, orders, and inquiries.
Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and necessary documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, design, etc.) to fulfill client requirements efficiently.
Update CRM system and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Resolve client issues or complaints with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.
✅ Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, English, or any related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
Good knowledge of computer applications – MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, etc.
Professional appearance and confident presentation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in foreign client communication or customer service is a plus.
