Job Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist all visitors in a professional and courteous manner. • Register visitor information in the company's software system. • Receive and manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately. • Contact clients daily and achieve the assigned call target. • Record office activities and create short office videos when required. • Conduct promotional live sessions on the company's social media platforms as needed. • Provide administrative support and assist with day-to-day office operations. Requirements: • Minimum HSC or equivalent. • Previous experience in Front Desk, Reception, or Customer Service will be an advantage. • Candidates with prior experience in a Recruitment Agency will be given preference. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to use office software. • Confident, well-presented, and customer-oriented personality. • Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
